Your order will remain at the selected EVRi ParcelShop for up to 10 days, giving you time to arrange collection.
Evri will also send collection reminders after after three days, then six days. A final reminder is sent when 24 hours remain.

Once your parcel reaches the selected ParcelShop, EVRi will send you an email. Customers using the EVRi app may also receive a notification.
Let Someone Collect on Your Behalf
You do not necessarily need to collect the parcel personally.
Another person may collect your order from an Evri ParcelShop on your behalf. They should take suitable identification and explain that they are collecting the parcel for you.
This can be useful when you are busy, away from home or unable to reach the collection point before the collection period ends.
Identification Helps Protect Your Parcel
Identification is required when collecting from an Evri ParcelShop. This helps confirm the identity of the person collecting the parcel and reduces the risk of an order being handed to the wrong individual.
Acceptable forms of identification may include:
- Passport
- UK driving licence
- Recognised photo identification
- Debit or credit card
- Foreign identification
- Birth certificate
- Recent Utility bill
The identification should belong to the person collecting the parcel.
Evri Locker Delivery
EVRi Lockers provide an additional collection option and are normally accessible 24 hours a day.
Once your parcel has been placed inside the Locker, EVRi will send you a QR code. Scan the code at the Locker to open the correct compartment and retrieve your order.
You will have up to three days to collect a parcel from an EVRi Locker. Evri will send a reminder when approximately 24 hours remain.
Another person can also collect the parcel for you. Simply send them a screenshot of the QR code required to open the Locker.
